Encouraging consumers to eat less meat and dairy can alleviate these environmental pressures while fostering a more sustainable future.

The Consumer Insight
The plant-based protein market in Australia is rapidly growing, yet many chefs feel underserved by the available options, which are often tailored for home cooks and lack the quality and versatility needed for professional kitchens. Research revealed that while many chefs were eager to incorporate plant-based proteins into their menus, existing products fell short in texture, flavour, and versatility.
Additionally, this research found that whilst professional chefs demand products that not only perform exceptionally in their kitchens, they prefer products that also align with their values, including sustainability. -
The Brand Ambition
Our client All G Foods, a pioneer in food innovation, set out to diversify its offerings with the vision to redefine plant-based proteins for fine dining. They sought to achieve this by launching a brand synonymous with quality, versatility, and innovation, catering specifically to the creative demands of chefs. They undertsood that by better serving professional chefs and elevating the plant-based dining experience, they could drive revenue with a go-to brand for sustainable, chef-exclusive plant-based protein products.
